After placing your order, you’ll receive an email reminding you of our standard order processing time.
We’ll be in regular contact to update your order’s progress.
Here’s what you’ll get from us:
- An email with your card preview (before printing)
- An email to let you know when your card has been shipped (this will include a tracking number)
- Any updates or requests for information needed to complete the card
All orders can be tracked using your tracking number via Royal Mail or Fedex/TrakPak.
Use Royal Mail link if you are in the UK or if your tracking number starts with RV, LP or RL.
Use Fedex/TrakPak if your tracking number starts with DAS174.
If your order has taken slightly longer than the timeframe mentioned, don’t worry.
If you cannot find your tracking number after your order has been shipped please visit the article about finding your tracking number.
Please note that if you are in the UK and selected shipping with 'Delivery Confirmation Only' you will not be able to track your order. The tracking will only show that it's with royal mail by giving the status 'An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item' and when delivery is attempted the tracking will update with either delivered or if delivery was not successful it will give instructions on how to reschedule.
