At CardsPlug, we take pride in creating personalized, manufactured-on-demand products for our customers. As such, all sales are final and we are unable to process refunds. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly issue a replacement or store credit as long as you provide photo evidence of the issue. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must have been damaged during delivery, lost in transit, or if we made a mistake while personalizing it. If the order is not received within 15 working days from the day of shipping, we will investigate and process a replacement if the package is considered lost.
