If you have been provided with a tracking number for your shipment and notice a lack of updates over the course of a few days, there's no need for immediate concern. It's important to acknowledge that delays in shipment updates can transpire due to a range of factors, including potential delays on the part of the courier service. However, it's worth noting that shipping updates are not strictly limited to daily occurrences; they can manifest at various intervals. Please keep in mind that these aspects are beyond our control.
UK Customers, if your package has been shipped but remains undelivered even after 15 business days, we deem it lost and will arrange for a replacement.
International Customers, if your package has been shipped and the tracking information remains unchanged for approximately 14-20 business days, we kindly request you to reach out to us. In such cases, we will initiate an investigation and open a case with the shipping carrier. Once we have obtained a resolution, we will present an appropriate course of action. If it is determined that the package has indeed been lost, we will proceed to process a replacement for you.
If the parcel is claimed as lost we will process a replacement card for you.
