If you have received a tracking number for your shipment and it has not been updated in a few days, there is no need to worry. Delays in shipment updates can occur due to various reasons, such as courier delays. However, please be aware that we have no control over these factors.
UK Customers, if your package has been shipped and has not been delivered after 15 business days, we consider it lost and will provide a replacement.
International Customers, if your package has been shipped and the tracking has not been updated in approximately 14-20 business days, please contact us. We will investigate and open a case with the shipping carrier. Once we have a resolution, we will offer an appropriate solution. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will process a replacement for you.
If the parcel is claimed as lost we will process a replacement card for you.
