If you have purchased an upgrade and your shipping email shows the wrong size card you do not have to worry about this. 99% of the time with upgraded orders there is a slight issue with the emailing software.
To explain why...
When you placed your first order our system creates an email template ready for it to be sent when we dispatch your order, and when you place an order for the upgrade it does the same.
This is essentially 2 separate orders however we activate the upgrade on your first order which contained the card. So when we send you your shipping email the system doesn't know that we changed the size of your card as this is done manually by the CardsPlug team.
If on the rare occasion your card arrives and it is in the incorrect size please use the buttons below to contact us and we will be able to refund you for the upgrade.
